The taste of France  

olakalabistroWe combine the best of Czech and French cuisines, using seasonal ingredients of uncompromising quality and freshness. Our beef steaks come from the Beskydy mountains, lamb is supplied by a farm in Vendryně and vegetables are produced in the fertile Elbe River basin.

Cooking with love

gt0f5778.jpgThe Ola Kala kitchen is headed by the talented chef Michal Nikodem. Before spoiling guests at several 5* hotels in Prague, Michal visited cooking school in the Northern Italy, then cooked in London and now shares his experience within Ola Kala cooking classes.

We use SOUS VIDE technique to prepare meat and vegetables. This slow, low-temperature cooking method using vacuum keeps ingredients juicy, tender and exceptionally tasty.

 

Bistronomy – something for everyone  

If meat is not your thing or if you are simply looking to experience something new, give a try to our vegetarian menu. We make sure that each dish within the menu has a balanced amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats and veggies. And if you are allergic to gluten, milk, eggs or any other foods, we will be happy to help you make the right choice.
